17-hydroxylase Deficiency	

Deficiency of 17-hydroxylase is also rare but if it does occur, it will result in a decreased synthesis of cortisol (see Fig. 7.12) an overproduction of ACTH, and decreasing secretion of androgens because of the lyase deficiency.
